Can I Go, Too?
is registered as a California Seller of Travel. That
means we have complied with all of the requirements
of the Office of the Attorney General of California,
including informing you that "registration as a
seller of travel does not constitute approval by the
State of California."
We will provide a copy of our Certificate of
Registration upon request. You can verify our
registration at
http://ag.ca.gov/travel/index.htm (Click on
"Seller Search.")
Disclosures Required by the State of California
Business Client Trust Account
California law requires certain sellers of travel to
have a trust account or bond. Can I Go, Too?
has a trust account into which all client payments
are deposited.
Right to Prompt Refund in the Event of a
Cancellation
If any transportation or travel services are
cancelled, Can I Go, Too? will refund all sums
you paid for services that were not provided under
the following circumstances:
- You are not at fault and
- You have not cancelled in violation of the terms
and conditions to which you agreed and
- You do not advise us otherwise in writing after
the cancellation.
This provision does not apply in cases where Can I
Go, Too? has remitted the payment to another
wholesale seller of travel or carrier that fails to
provide the agreed-upon transportation or service
and does not refund the payment to Can I Go,
Too?. In this situation, we will provide you with a
written statement accompanied by bank records
showing the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale
seller of travel, proof of the wholesaler.
California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF)
Can I Go, Too? is a participant in the
California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF).
If you are located outside California
at the time of payment, this transaction is
not covered by the TCRF.
If you are located in California at
the time of payment:
- You may file a claim with TCRF if you are owed a
refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel
services, for which Can I Go, Too?, Inc.
failed to forward payment to a proper provider or
which we did not refund when required. The maximum
amount that may be paid by the TCRF to any passenger
is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger
to Can I Go, Too?, not to exceed
$15,000.
- A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12
months after the scheduled completion date of
travel. A claim must include sufficient information
and documentation to prove your claim and a $35
processing fee. You must agree to waive your right
to other civil remedies against Can I Go,
Too?, for matters arising out of a sale for
which you file a claim with the TCRF.
