three decks, effortlessly transporting its patrons from indoors to
outdoors. Guests enjoy cocktails as they gradually ascend into
Central Park, while below the bar, fountains entertain.; After a
brief stop in Central Park, the bar heads back down through public
spaces arriving back at Royal Promenade. One minute guests are
under the sun, or stars, and the next they're surrounded by Royal
