My Mission Statement – To bring extraordinary travel experiences to discerning clients – is incorporated into every aspect of my business. Travel planning isn't between places, it's between people. I love what I do and through an ongoing process of familiarization, continuing education and customer feedback, I gain the knowledge I need to give you expert advice and service.
I've been in the customer service industry for many years. Having learned the catering business I started my own catering/party planning company which lead into individual sales of cheesecakes, cookies, specialty chocolates (roses, logos, etc) and decorated cakes.
I also had a Christmas Cake business that yearly provided 100 lbs of fruit and nut laden cakes to those who were looking for an alternative to the yearly passed-around-and hated fruitcake! When the travel opportunity came along, it was just a natural transition to go from listening to "Food & Party" desires to creating "Dreams & Wishes" custom experiences.
I love providing that "something special" with an "extra touch" and "thinking outside the box". I know how important listening is in providing what my clients want.
